DESCRIPTION

How do we increase project success? How do we increase value? How do we expand beyond the traditional metrics of the constraints of scope, budget, and schedule in our rapidly changing world? These are the questions PMI has set out to answer in its 2025 M.O.R.E. Framework. During our August Chapter Meeting, Chief of Staff of the PMI executive team, Lenka Pincot, will frame the challenges PMs face in leading a successful project and how outcomes are measured and influence our organizations' missions. Then our own PMI Regional Managing Director of North American, Karla Eidem, will explain how PMI's M.O.R.E. Framework is a modern method for tackling contemporary challenges we all face. Join us for a discussion on how these PMI approaches will adapt our teams and workplaces in to more efficient spaces, that derive more value, and more success.
